Better Service Quality

   1. Service Standard: Developing the quality of Public Administration  
The OPDC initiated the leverage of public administration quality in accordance with the Royal Decree on Good Governance B.E. 2546. A research study on quality of the public sector management was done and criteria for quality measurement were set as a Public Sector Management Quality Award: PMQA, a tool to increase performance and a guideline for self assessment in 7 categories.
