         On 4 March 2026 at 6:00 PM, Mr. Buntoon Srethasirote, Chair of the Subcommittee on Promoting Open Government and Public Participation, Mrs. Areepan Charoensuk, Senior Advisor to OPDC, and Mr. Thanasak Mangkarothai, Deputy Secretary-General of OPDC, together with OPDC officials, held a consultation meeting with Ms. Airada Luangwilai, Deputy Executive Director and Acting Executive Director of the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA), Ms. Apinporn Angkamolsate, Deputy Executive Director of DGA, and DGA officials. The discussion focused on the development of Thailand\u2019s National Action Plan (NAP) as a member of the Open Government Partnership (OGP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                           1) Upgrading the national open data portal (data.go.th<\/a>) into a modern, integrated national data platform, enabling cross-dataset integration and advanced interactive analytics (Insight-D).
                           2) Enhancing the \u201cWhere Your Taxes Go\u201d platform by improving UX\/UI for clearer project search functions\u2014both by category and geographic area\u2014and applying OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to convert procurement documents into searchable and analyzable digital data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         \"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" Improving the E-Participation Index (EPI)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \"\ud83d\udd39\" OPDC and DGA will jointly work to improve Thailand\u2019s EPI ranking by strengthening evidence of e-decision making, including regulatory and structural improvements, as well as developing sandbox pilot projects in high-impact areas such as EIA monitoring, PM2.5 mitigation in Bangkok and the construction sector, and green economy and climate change initiatives.
                  \"\ud83d\udd39\" DGA is also developing a National e-Participation platform, currently under consultation with relevant agencies, which will serve as a key mechanism to enhance Thailand\u2019s EPI performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
